As you walk through the door, your vacation starts immediately with an amazing view of the bay. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo in Ocean City, MD. Our condo features 2br/2ba. The kitchen is stocked to prepare meals while enjoying your time away. You are within walking distance to many restaurants and SEACRETS is directly next door for plenty of entertainment. It is a short walk to beach or just relax by the pool. Min Age to rent 25 NO PETS!! The space Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a pack 'n play for a baby or toddler, with a bathroom that features a tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and its en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in stall shower. This bedroom offers direct access to the balcony, which provides stunning views of the bay. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Guest access Each unit will have available to them 1 parking pass from Memorial Day - Labor Day. You can park anywhere in the condo complex's parking lot including covered parking spots under the building. This pass does not guarantee a spot will be available. Parking pass must be displayed at all times on your rearview mirror while on the property. There are places you can park if the lot is full (it is not usually a problem), you can reach out and I can offer suggestions. When checking out, the parking pass must be left in the rental unit on the counter or there is a $200 per pass replacement fee that will be the guest's responsibility. Other things to note Full sheet sets for all beds in unit will be provided for your stay. Towels are not included with your rental although we do provide bath mat and hand towels for both bathrooms and dish towel for the kitchen. Guests must bring their own beach and bath towels. We do start you off with some toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies but you may need to pick up additional during your stay. We also have basic cooking spices for your convenience. Feel free yo bring Keurig K cups as their is a Keurig but there is also a drip coffee maker in the cabinet and plenty of filters to use.
