Located 20 - 25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The space Available space for guest in the home includes a living room, kitchen (shared), laundry room, full shared bathroom, patio, additional storage space, private bedroom (for guest) which includes a queen sized bed and a closet with hangers for clothing. This private bedroom also can be lock from inside on the door to lock up for privacy. Guest access Guest will have access to all of the space except the master bedroom and office, the upper living room, and the other room probably use by another guest. The guest will have their own private room which includes a queen sized bed, closet, and shared bathroom located outside of the bedroom. the guest can also access the backyard or garage if needed. Also make sure to take the trash out each time the trash is full or has a bad smell to it. Before checking out make sure to leave the set of keys in the bedroom that was reserved for you or leave it to the owner. If your set of keys happen to get lost or stolen there will be a fee charged to you. Parking: Parking is free with no assigned parking spots. Getting around: The best transportation in this area would be by car, Uber, or metro. I am located near hwys 275, 71, and 75. Downtown Cincinnati is about a 25 minute commute from my location. Attractions Nearby: There is a beautiful park called Winton Woods Park thats within a couple of miles from here that includes a lake, basketball court, trials for exercise, water park, fishing, pedal boating, kayaking, and much more. Great for a nice stroll or a run with some peace and quiet. City attractions/Sports: Home of the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Bearcats. Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, Art Museum, Historical Museum, Smale Park. Night Life Areas: Over-The-Rhine, Mt. Adams, Hyde Park, Downtown Cincinnati, etc. Entertainment: Funny Bone, Springdale Showcase Cinema, Taft Theatre, Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Zoo, etc. Shopping: Grocery stores nearby would be Kroger (1 miles), Walmart (0.5 miles), Meijer (2 miles), Jungle Jim’s International Market (6 miles), Sam’s Club, Costco, Whole Foods (8 miles).
