The queen bed sleeps 2 comfortably and the couch can accommodate 1 in the living room. The bath is located off the bedroom and includes a tub/shower along with soap, shampoo and towels. Free on site parking. Centrally located just blocks away from both Midtown and The Plaza District where you can pick from many activities and eateries! Much ❤ ❤ The space Apartment is in a 12 unit historic apartment building with a locked entrance for safety. Full kitchen and nice sized bedroom. TV is in the bedroom. You can access the laundry room located on the NW part of the building in a separate room. Guest access Entire Unit, parking, laundry and other common areas Other things to note Please be respectful of other guests in the building. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. Also, this is an upstairs apartment, so there are stairs to climb. Regarding early/late check in/out- they are subject to availability (other check outs/ins the same day, etc) and we do have a $20 early/late check out fee.
