Not far from Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center. The space THE HOUSE • Our home is located on a 1 acre wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. The house has many amenities for our business or vacationing guests to enjoy. I live in the downstairs part of the house. High speed internet access, both WiFi and wired connections are available throughout the house. We want our home to be a warm and comfortable place where our guests can relax and feel at home while they are here. YOUR ROOM • Your private bedroom, our Guest Suite, has a king size bed and a private bathroom ensuite. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub. Your bedroom has its own private porch facing our back yard. PARKING • You will have one parking space close to the house. Additional parking is available off street at the end of our driveway. Guest access GUEST ACCESS • Of course, you may come and go as you please. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with Yale/August Smart Locks. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone using a unique virtual key issued to you for the duration of your stay. You may also be assigned an access code entered on the lock keypad for keyless access for all guests in your group. You may also request that we issue you a real key if needed. The shared part of our home includes a large gourmet kitchen and dinning area, a recreation room with a pool table, and the laundry room. During your stay Most days I can be found in the living room. I enjoy interacting with our guests and would be happy to help facilitate your stay if invited to do so. I will respect your privacy and will not be in your part of the house unless you need help with something. Other things to note I will try to accommodate any of your reasonable requests. I welcome any suggestions that will make your stay safe and comfortable.
