Quinault Cove- Canner’s Cottage

Canners Cottage will be your perfect home base for exploring the lush Quinault Rainforest and Southern half of the Olympic National Park. Enjoy walking the temperate forest on surrounding trails while having the opportunity to see elk, bald eagles, and otters. Adventure the Enchanted Valley from Graves Creek into the home of over 1,000 waterfalls or enjoy a relaxing day reading by the lake. The Kalaloch Beaches(located 35 minutes away) make for a great day trip exploring tide pools! The space Canners Cottage is one of two cabins in Quinault Cove. The larger of the two cabins (1,000sq ft.) this cottage has unbeatable views from both the dining and living room areas. Our cozy kitchen has wood counter tops and a deep farmhouse sink with all the dishes you may need to stay in and enjoy the views on the back deck for dinner. The single bedroom houses a King Bed with a queen murphy bed located in the living room (with an accordion partition wall for added privacy) and additional air mattress options for parties of 5. For reservations with 2 guests but asking to use the Murphy Bed an additional $50 will be charged. Guest access Quinault is a quiet place with gorgeous views and remote living. During the winters you may not see very many travelers on the road, while summer picks up the pace. Be sure to come prepared with groceries as Quinault homes only small mini markets with basic items. Other things to note Quinault Cove has two cabins on site. Both can be rented by one group if they are both available. Canners Cottage is the larger of the two located on the left side of the property (when looking at the lake). Blue Jay Nest is the smaller of the two cabins located by the carport and right side of the property.
