Casa Gudilia is located in the tranquil village of Las Cruces. This quirky property, originally built in the 1920s, has been refurbished and modernised to ensure visitors enjoy a maximum level of comfort, while retaining its original architectural structure. With carefully decorated indoor & outdoor spaces, top-of-the-range amenities and cutting-edge interior design, this property blends into its surroundings seamlessly, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The space The property is made up of two floors and a rooftop outdoor area. On the bottom floor you will find the lounge and dining area, including a table for 6 and comfortable chaise-long sofa, fully equipped with smart TV, record player and sound system, and a small wood burner to keep you warm in the colder nights of the very mild Tenerife winter. In a separate space on the bottom floor you will find the kitchen area, with a spacious Bar overlooking the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including state-of-the-art appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge). Guest access On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms and study with a 2-seater sofa-bed. The master bedroom, looking directly out to sea, is the epitome of comfort: king size bed (1.80mx2m) and en-suite bathroom including a bathtub with chromotherapy & hydrotherapy features, a double waterfall shower and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is modern and comfortable: equipped with two beautiful individual beds and an exposed brick wall that give it a cosy and contemporary vibe. The study is fully furnished, with a comfortable sofa-bed, smart TV with apps, desk and bookcase: an ideal space for those who are able to make the most of remote working. On the rooftop, focal point and crown jewel of the house, you will find an outdoor jacuzzi, a spacious solarium with sunbeds, and an area to relax and unwind on comfortable outdoor sofas, looking directly out to the Atlantic. To ensure you make the most of the Tenerife sun, this area is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen, including barbecue, fridge, induction hob, and ample table for 8. Other things to note At Casa Gudilia we want your stay to be perfect from the beginning, therefore, you will find a welcome pack upon the arrival with some basic products such as fruit, milk, bread, juices, pasta, rice, etc. Although tap water is drinkable, bottled water is also available upon the arrival. And last but not least, we will treat you with some bottles of local wine to enjoy your first day at the house.
