The studio is located in COUCHANT, 300 meters from the beach and 20 meters from all shops: Restaurants, bakery, tobacco, grocery store, caterer, pizzeria are at the bottom of the residence. The shopkeepers are very nice! You can get everywhere on foot or by bicycle. You also benefit from the rental of a parking space in the basement. The studio is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen, air conditioning, WIFI, the bedding is new. Enjoy your stay!
