Welcome to the Penn Landing Lake House! Gorgeous views of the lake in almost every room in the house! Lots to do outside including ping pong and foosball or head to the back yard for some corn hole or badminton. Gentle walk to the dock where you can enjoy our canoe, 2 kayaks, tubes, or just lounge by the lake! You will love cooking in our spacious kitchen or out back on our grill. Lower level: Seating for 6 around the firepit and a picnic table on the concrete patio. DOCK: Our dock does has a lift but is not functional. You may tie up to the side of the dock. The pathway is a short rustic walk of around 165ft WATER LEVELS As of May 22, 2025, we have 4 feet of water off the end of our dock. Due to our location on the lake, we are able to move our dock in and out bi-weekly to maintain water levels between 5 and 7 feet during the spring / summer / fall months LAKE TOYS: One Canoe Two Kayaks Four Inner Tubes BOAT RAMP: Spring Branch is just down the road 8 minutes to the Jenkins ferry boat ramp. Other things to note There is a very friendly chocolate lab named Boomer that lives next door and may come to visit during your stay. PET FEE $125 CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
