This is a Private Suite w/ a Private Bathroom in a 5-bedroom 4-bathroom Estate. The property is equipped with the latest Smart Technology from locks to dual thermostats. Wifi is Super Fast. Guest get their own room key & custom front door code for convenient self check-in. The room has a 50in Smart TV w/ Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu built in free for you for your entertainment pleasure. Guests have FULL ACCESS to the kitchen, dining room, both living rooms, Laundry room, and refrigerator. The space Spacious 400 sqft Private Suite in a 3500 sqft estate located right off the freeway in the heart of Palmdale. Conveniently 1 mile from the AV Mall, Palmdale Regional Hospital, Trendy Shops, and my Mother's favorite, TARGET! "The Best location in all of Antelope Valley in my opinion" -Super Fast 75mbs Wifi -Private Jetted Hot Tub -50inch Smart TV(Netflix,Hulu,Amazon Prime) -Queen Bed w/ Premium Memory Gel Hybrid Mattress -Complimentary Coffee & Tea -Free Washer& Dryer Guest access FULL Access to the kitchen, Both living rooms, dining room, refrigerator. Guests can cook their own meal and place some stuff in the refrigerator, and Laundry room. During your stay I am always available by phone call or txt. I love my guest and want you to have the absolute best time while I’m hosting you. I work quite a bit so my physical interactions will most likely be few, far, and in between but, I will absolutely be available by phone. Other things to note I have automated certain lights in the 1st and 2nd floor of the house, so please do not be alarmed if a light is lit at a certain time and turns off by itself at a certain hour. I try to conserve energy but I want my guests to feel welcome when they arrive at night. The thermostat is controlled by a sensor: (this may vary from time to time) Away setting: 61° (heat) 77° (cool) 8:00 am until 3:30 pm Home setting: 65° (heat) 72° (cool) 3:30 pm until 8:00 pm Sleep setting: 67° (heat) 76° (cool) 8:00 pm until 8:00 am If it is too cold or too warm, I have extra duvets/blankets, and fan in each room to use. I do want you to be comfortable on your stay, but guests have different body temperature and I always get a message that it is too cold or too hot. Guests have FULL access to the kitchen, however, as courtesy for other guests, Please wash utensils DO NOT return washed utensils in the cabinet for the safety of other guests. I run the dishwasher when I am available. For used pots, you may clean them and let it dry near the sink. For the stove, please wipe it clean as courtesy for the next guest to use.
