Lobby & Library Lounge • Free for guests to sit, relax, read, or wait. 3. Fitness Center (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM) • Proper gym attire and sneakers required. • No registration needed; guests may enter freely. 4. Swimming Pools • 2 pools available: • Rooftop Infinity Pool (31st floor) • Jacuzzi-style pool (lower floor) • Pool hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM 5. Clothes can be dried at the small drying rack next to the window. Tumble dryers are available on the 30th floor (coin/card). Windows & Ventilation The large sliding windows allow for excellent airflow. Please take care as strong winds may cause the entrance door to close loudly when both are open at the same time. Noise & Consideration Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m., to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Kitchen Use You are welcome to use all the kitchen appliances. Kindly avoid grilling or strong-smelling dishes. Please wash dishes and cookware after using them. Entertainment & Smart TVs A Smart TV is provided with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. Guests may sign in with their own accounts and sign out before check-out. Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Trash Disposal Please dispose of trash at the Garbage Room on your floor (near the elevator). Please be careful when opening windows and doors at the same time, as the wind may slam the door loudly. Noise and privacy Please cooperate in keeping the peace, especially after 10 pm for everyone's comfort. Using the kitchen You can use the electric stove, microwave and other appliances as usual. Please avoid grilling or cooking food with a strong smell. And please wash the dishes after using them. Entertainment and smart TV There is a smart TV that supports Netflix, YouTube and various apps.
