My Presidio Point home is nestled in a quiet community of Northeast Riverside, CA. It is close to the Historical Mission Inn Hotel and Fairmont Park of Riverside. I am less than five miles from four major hospitals; Loma Linda University Medical Center, Jerry Pettis VA Medical Center, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, and Riverside Community Hospital. I am also close to the University of Riverside, shopping, and restaurants. There are walking, hiking, and biking trails for the outdoors person. I will provide breakfast foods, coffee, tea, juices to start your day. I am offer a very unique experience for your stay here in Riverside, CA. There are two full size refrigerators, and two ovens, one microwave, and an air fryer. Mattresses and pillows are covered for your protection...all linen and towels are provided in the full-size shared bathroom. I also supply the essential toiletries; soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash for both men and women, mouthwash, toothpaste and other products you might need to make you stay comfortable in my home. There is a fully equipped laundry room with an ironing board for your use. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, CHILDREN, OR PETS!!! My guests have access to all the common areas of the home including the patio and backyard equipped with a bar-be-que pit for grilling your meals. For guests who enjoy eating outdoors, there is a patio table, solar lit umbrella with four comfortable chairs. My guests are permitted to use the kitchen for cooking and/or warming food. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. There is a dish washer available for rinsed soiled dishes, pots, and pans. I am available in the home during your should the need arise. There is a city bus #14 that stops nearby my property that can move you around the city with ease. However, the closest bus stop is a half mile walking which can present a problem on super hot days. The city bus also takes you to the nearby Metrolink Station. There are neighborhood parks and walking/hiking trails nearby. When COVID-19 Pandemic have passed a large church is a very short walk my home. You will have to park on the street directly in front of my home. There is a keypad with a four-digit code for your comings and goings. Your code is specific to you...no one has the same code. I also have a security system that I set once I am ready for bed. However, you will have a remote to turn it on or off at your leisure. There is also a security camera in the common area as well as cameras and lights around property. A professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the entire house monthly however; guest units are clean, disinfected, and sanitized at the end of every reservation. However, fresh linen is provided should you miss the scheduled cleaning service or as required for your personal preference. For long-term accommodations you will be responsible for keeping your area clean, free of trash, and changing your linen between professional cleaning service. Clean towels are provided for you as needed. There are three dining areas in the home therefore; cooked food, or coffee/tea, and sweet drinks are not permitted in the units.
