The space This modern two-bedroom house which accommodates up to four guests is set in a quiet area yet is close to many amenities. Surrounded by large trees at nearby Canyon trail park (within 3 mins walk) and a partial view of a bay. San Francisco is 16 miles away UC Berkeley is 6 miles away Oakland is 12 miles away Napa Valley is 33 miles away It is about 1 mile to El Cerrito Del Norte Bart station which can bring you to San Francisco, Berkeley, and Oakland. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with a Nespresso machine. Open layout from kitchen connected to the open dining area and high-ceiling living area. The main entrance is right at the cul-de-sac with dedicated two cars parking at the driveway. The neighborhood is safe but please make sure not to leave any valuable in your vehicles. Please note that there is a small unit with a separated entrance (facing the back street) at the back of the house. You will definitely have your own privacy but there is a chance that you might hear a humble noise or water running since both bathrooms are back to back. Other things to note Please note that our cleaning fee is solely paid to our cleaner, Esther and her daughter. They would spend 3-4 hours after the guests checked out to super clean the entire house.
