Make great use of public space: well-appointed lobby, fitness center, pool, rooftop deck, laundry on every floor. Minimum 3 month rental (condo rules) w/possibility to extend into full lease. The space This studio will make you happy :-) Clean, bright, and only blocks from elegant Beach Drive, The Beacon is also across the street from USF Campus and All Children's Hospital. Two block walk for groceries! Everything in this space is CLEAN: couch cover, bedding, rugs are all machine washable and are impeccably laundered between guests. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, linens, everything you need. Sleep out couch for the occasional guest. WiFI and utilities included: A/C, electric. The building rules state that the condo has a 3 month minimum requirement. You must be approved by management onsite and there are forms to fill out. Fee is $150. A refundable move-in fee is also part of management requirements. This keeps us all safe! I am willing to go longer than 3 months, but no shorter stays due to board association rules. Sorry. Perfect for a person in transition, who want to get to know the area, students in-between, new job-seekers, or visitors on longer trips. There will be ongoing construction on balconies and throughout the building this year (2023-24). The price reflects this. Some decorations may be different than pictured in photo. Guest access The entire studio apartment, all public places in the building and one assigned parking space. Other things to note No pets, no smoking, no shoes inside, please.
