The air-conditioned master bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed with wall fan. The other room is equipped with a bunk bed with a wall fan both located in the 2nd floor. The living / dining room is air-conditioned with 2 wall fans too. Guest access Parking space can accommodate 2 cars (1big or 2small). “No parking” outside the property is strictly implemented within the neighborhood. Other things to note The place is near to an Alfa Mart, drug store, private clinics (Calumpit Doctors) and even small restaurants, cafés and laundry shops.
