French windows in every room and cozy spaces that create a warm inviting feeling. Located in the heart of Carmel by the Sea Perfect for friends and family. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 .5 baths. The first floor has one bedroom with a full size bed and en suite. This room is perfect for the person, or couple that would like to be removed from a group. Located upstairs is the master and two guest rooms. The Master has a Queen size bed and en suite. The two guest rooms share a common bathroom located off the sunroom. Guest room #1 has a queen size bed and guest room #2 has a Trundle bed. The trundle accommodates as two twins or side-by-side a large bed . The sunroom has a sitting area to relax, do some reading, watch TV, or play some games with the family. Families can enjoy a game system and /or watch a movie together in this space, while others may be socializing downstairs in the living room. We find this house is most comfortable for entertaining families and friends. The outdoor patio area is great for barbecues and outdoor dining. Not only are you in downtown Carmel by the Sea, but you're also just a few short blocks from the beach. Check you in at 3:00 pm. I will send you check-in information a day or two before you arrive. You will be able to contact me your entire stay with question or concerns. We accommodate early check ins at an extra fee of $100 per hour Downtown living at it's best. Located near fine dining, art galleries, shopping and in walking distance to the beach. Charming and enchanting are both the home and the neighborhood. Please be mindful that you are downtown and noise is to be expected from neighboring businesses . Take heart that Carmel does get very quiet around 10:00 pm Carmel by the Sea is located near both Big Sur and Monterey, CA. The Monterey peninsula is host to worldwide known events such as, AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, Food & Wine festival, Carmel Bach Festival, Jazz Festival , the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and more. **Note: As the fall months can be unpredictable for the weather, there is a possibility of storms or power outages.
