Mi casa es su casa!! We are thrilled to host you at our cozy and friendly home in the beautiful Seward Park neighborhood. Whatever kind of traveler you are, we hope you and your crew will feel right at home. Easy access to public transportation, amazing parks and lots of tasty eats and drinks. We have all you might need to make your stay enjoyable!! A thoughtfully equipped and spacious house suitable for families, friend groups, or anyone wanting comfort with a little extra charm. Upstairs you’ll find the main bedroom with its own private machine, the perfect spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. There are also two additional cozy bedrooms and a large, modern bathroom on the second floor. Downstairs is a bright, open concept kitchen and living area that is the heart of our home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking tasty meals or hosting (dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, spices, etc), plus a spacious dining area filled with natural light. Off the main space is also a piano room with a comfy pullout couch that can sleep 2. The living room has a Smart TV with Roku and Apple TV, a stereo system you can connect to from your phone, and plenty of books and boardgames. We hope you’ll love to gather and spend quality time here as much as we do! Outside, enjoy the backyard with a fire pit and barbecue— perfect for hanging out when the Seattle weather permits:) We also have a washer and dryer available for your convenience. We’ve tried to think of the little details that make our place feel inviting, homey, and stylish. Whether you’re here for an extended stay or just a couple nights, we are sure you will feel right at home. Guest access There is easy street parking. The house is elevated above street level and does require climbing up 16 steps to get to the 1st floor (or 12 steps up the back porch steps). Once inside, 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the home, requiring another flight of stairs. There is also a pullout available on the main floor. Guests will have their own unique passcode to get into the house. Other things to note There is a tenant that lives in the separate apartment in the basement. The basement apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, bath, laundry etc. Your space will be 100% private. No shared spaces with others :) Registration Details STR-OPLI-19-001493
