Guest access Guests have complete privacy in entire downstairs of house with a common area and full size slate pool table, 2 bedrooms; one queen, two full size bed, TV, high speed internet WIFI Shared use of kitchen upstairs which guests are encouraged to use freely between 8am-8pm. This is shared so please be courteous. If you find you need complete private access to the kitchen, check out the full House Rental. This is the downstairs where utilities such as furnace and plumbing pipes are housed. Extra attention given to cleanliness. Fresh clean towels, extra blankets, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotions all provided I try to keep prices low for single travelers. Please book for number of guests as price goes up after 2 guests. Strictly enforced If you bring anyone on the property, they need to pay the fee regardless if they spend the night. Pets are also welcome as long as the fee is paid. Pets must be kept off of beds and furniture and never to be left unattended. Thank you in advance for abiding by the rules 🤗 Other things to note Please book for number of people that will be on property. I try to keep prices lower for single travelers. After two people there is a $20 fee per person over age 5 regardless if they spend the night. This rule is strictly enforced. You will be asked to leave if you bring more people on the property than what was booked for. Pets are welcome but must bring your own pet beds and keep pets off furniture and bedding. $50 per pet per night Pets are NOT to be left unattended. Toaster, microwave, Keurig, small fridge. You are welcome to make use of shared kitchen upstairs between hours of 8am-8pm. Limited use There are three block windows for natural light in the large bedroom. The other rooms have plenty of lights for good lighting If you use wood, please pay for it. I have to pay to have wood delivered. Guests are encouraged to make use of all amenities and beauties of the property. Walk the 1/2 mile trail, feed horses, enjoy time on the porches overlooking small pond, gas grill, use infrared sauna, horse shoe, corn hole and ping pong.
