Cocuyo Mare is located about seven minutes on foot from Playa Las Terrenas and the center of the village. It's a lovely, fresh and spacious place. We have taken every detail into account to make your stay memorable. The apartment is in a gated complex. It is surrounded by vegetation and you can only breathe tranquility. From there you can easily walk to the super M, the boulangerie, restaurants. Because of its location, it is the ideal place to enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area. The space Cocuyo Mare is a refuge for us. It is a true resting place that at the same time lends itself to working comfortably while the family enjoys the pool or the beach. It is a spacious, cool and well-lit apartment. It has a combined living and dining room, loft type, with an open kitchen. Ideal for those who like to host and cook. The kitchen has a six-burner stove and extractor with all the utensils to cook comfortably. The apartment's social area has a double-height ceiling, which makes it feel spacious. The apartment has a terrace-type balcony and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, a comfortable queen XL bed and a desk. The secondary room has two full beds with comfortable bedding and blankets. Both rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a bathroom outside for use by the secondary room and the visitor. We have an enclosed laundry area for cleaning supplies and garbage. From the apartment you can reach Playa Las Terrenas in just seven minutes on foot or go to the village to buy at the supermarket or for a walk to see the sunset. Las Terrenas has so much to offer nature lovers. Every day you can visit a different beach. All less than twenty minutes away from the apartment. You can take surf lessons at Playa Bonita or kite surfing at Playa Portillo. You can go on a tour and discover the paradisiacal Playa del Ermitaño or Cayo Levantado. Or maybe take a trip to the El Limón Waterfall. There are many options.
