Xandie Cottage - Beneath the Warby Skyline

Relax with the family & friends at our cosy cottage. Nestled on 40 acres, you have the Warbies as your backdrop & the neighbours are out of earshot. Spread out & make this your home away from home - it starts with a decked out kitchen & ends with a coffee on the veranda. So much space for the kiddos to roam free or snuggle under a throw rug & watch a movie. Being only a 5 mins drive to Glenrowan, 15 mins to Wangaratta or 20 mins to Benalla, you are in the centre of food, wine & entertainment. The space We love to host so we try to anticipate what you might need at your fingertips! We provide bathroom amenities, pantry staples, coffee pods, phone chargers in case you forgot and the essential bikkie to dunk in your hot chocolate. There is also a washing machine, dryer and travel coffee mugs for those staying that HAVE to go to work. At least you will have somewhere awesome to sit under the veranda and enjoy that well earned cold one at the end of the day. Please remember that this is a farm stay property. As such, there is dirt, dust and bugs. While we clean our little cottage to a high standard, these things can make their way back inside by the time you arrive. She is also on the rustic side being an older home. Despite this, she is a perfect base for your adventures! Guest access You have this beautiful cottage all to yourself. Check in is by electronic lock so you can arrive at your leisure. If you are arriving late, send us a message and we will leave the lights on for you. It can get dark out here! Other things to note There might be cattle in the paddocks so please don't open any gates on the property.
