Please do not invite unapproved visitors inside the room. Please be advised that the property management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time to verify the number of guests staying. Unregistered or unauthorized guest will incur an additional charge. --- Do you charge for extra persons? Yes, there is a fee of ₱500/person per night, which includes towels, linens, and a floor mattress. --- Are pets allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed as per SMDC condo policies. --- Can we leave our luggage? We do not have a storage area for luggage. --- Can we cook inside the room? Yes, cooking is allowed, and essential cooking needs are provided. However: Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods. Keep the door closed while cooking. Adhere to condominium policies and house rules. PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS All guests are required to submit all the names of those staying in the room. A Guest Authorisation Form signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted to the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE. Present your Guest Authorisation Form at the lobby of Tower E reception. Please provide all the necessary details at least 24 hours before your arrival. The property requires these for security reasons. After successfully checking in, you may obtain the door key and help yourself to check-in. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is at 3 pm until 6 pm. a fee of Php100/hour for late check-in after 6 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
