Exclusive waterfront pool home with 3 bedrooms and a Den which is outfitted as the 4th bedroom. You’ll love having the 3 bathrooms for your stay. Each room has it's own smart TV. The home has a very spacious open layout with 2 living-rooms and tons of seating area. It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in the Tigertail Beach area. This home is a very short walk to the beach entrance. The home has a heated swimming pool and impressive long water views of the canal. The space The bedroom layout is 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Sofa-Sleeper in the den, 2 queen beds for the the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We also have a single sleeper roll-out bed stored in the walk in closet. Plenty of sleeping for 8+ on beds plus the kids can have the huge sofa in the living room. We just replaced all kitchen appliance with brand new stainless models. Close to several restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and much more! Perfect house for your beach getaway! You'll love the amount of sea life you'll see pass by as you relax on the dock. We regularly see manatee, dolphins, and tarpon. There are some large, very elusive, snook that live underneath the dock. Would love to hear your successful fishing story where you're able to land one of these awesome fish! Please note, the pictures show an above-ground hot tub. However, the hot tub is off limits to guests and in the process of being scheduled for removal. Guest access We have a digital keypad on the front door for guest access. The code will be set to activate at 4p on check-in day, and deactivate at 10a on check-out day. Other things to note There is an above ground hot-tub on the back patio. However, the hot tub is not to be used by guests and will be drained. The hot tub is off limits to guests and in the process of being scheduled for removal.
