Disclaimer: This is a 1940's farmhouse that sits in a hay field; because we do not want to use toxic chemicals between our cleaning and your arrival you may find that tenacious spiders have built another web and attracted some bugs. Other things to note There is NO WIFI and cell service varies from 3-4G. Some may experience difficulties depending on their cell phone provider. There is a TV with DVD player but one channel on a good day. The bedroom with the two single beds does not have a door. NO SMOKING of tobacco or cannabis in the house. No cooking of cannabis in the house. The access to the house is a narrow lane with a sharp turn. If you have a truck and trailer, you may park at our adjacent property.
