Waterfront Cottage Retreat, Central Coast

A lovely, comfy waterfront cottage with spectacular views and a new fully equipped kitchen & bathroom and spa bath. It’s a quiet retreat for a perfect relaxing getaway and not too far from beaches incl Terrigal & Avoca. Having 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in the tv area with clean linen and towels supplied. There is a handy ramp for your kayaks or paddle boards. The shops and IGA are a short stroll away. The cottage has been around for a long time but it is clean, spacious and homely. Enjoy! The space The home is cosy and comes fully furnished and includes a TV, DVD player. Great selection of movies, books and games to play. Ceiling fans, portable electric fans, gas stove, portable heaters. It also has coffee/tea/milk/sugar, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and toaster oven. Also available are olive oil, vegetable oil, salt & pepper, serviettes. Freshly cleaned towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Brisbane Waters is right out your back door via a small ramp, and the closest boat ramp is just around the corner. Bring your rods as guests have caught fish varying from flathead to bream from the back door. Smoking is only permitted outside of the house and butt throwing is not permitted. Please dispose of butts safely and tidily. Thank you. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and access to the water from the property. The driveway is shared with another property which is closer to the street. There is enough room for a couple of cars and caravan or boat near the house. Key arrangements will be given to you shortly before your arrival. Please Message on check in and check out. Other things to note The Saratoga Village shopping centre is a quick and convenient walk down the road and boasts an IGA, Fresh Bakery, Liquorland, Hair Dresser, Beautician, Doctor, Dentist, Pharmacy, The best Thai Restaurant and Shelley's Cafe with fabulous coffee and delicious burgers and chips. The Davistown RSL is just a few minutes drive and they do offer a courtesy pickup/drop off service. Central Coast Ferries offer a fabulous round trip on the waterways featuring Davistown, Saratoga, Woy Woy, Empire Bay. This service departs from Central Wharf which is right down the southern end of Davistown Rd. Erina Fair shopping Centre is just 20 minutes drive away. Terrigal and Avoca Beaches are both also about 20 minutes drive. There are several boat ramps in the area and the closest being just around the corner.
