The space The apartment is located in a family property, suitable for children and babies, with wide open spaces, including a viewpoint overlooking the sea and the mountains. You have access to a basketball court from a basket and a trampoline. The apartment is located on a second level with separate entrance. It has a cozy room with sea view. A kitchen equipped with everything you need. A spacious room with air conditioning and fan. A spacious and modern bathroom with hot and cold water and shower with a lot of pressure in the water. It has a washing area on the third level, with automatic washing machine (for the exclusive use of the guest). A spacious patio with space for campfire. Guest access Exception for smoking. On the third level we have a viewpoint overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Montana and residentials. It is an open and fresh space. This is the only place where guests can smoke. Although we have marked that smoking is not allowed in the space, we understand that there are many guests with this custom so this will be "their special place", unique and exclusive for such purposes. Other things to note We have 1 elliptical exercise machine, 2 mat yoga, 1 bicycle, and 1 chair to do sit-ups, which are available for guests who require it. It is very important to let you know that we have a wooden cot available, we only enable it when the guest requests it. ATTENTION: For long stays, the guest will be charged for any electricity consumption on the bill that exceeds the amount of 3,000 Dominican pesos. For example, if during your stay the electricity consumption is 5,000 pesos, you will have to pay 2,000 pesos, which will be requested through this platform in a timely manner.
