The Farmhouse | Bedroom with Couch, Desk & Coffee

Our huge 2nd floor guest room has comfortable beds, a private sitting area, a desk, coffee bar and small library. We're in a great location, have fast Wi-Fi, easy check-in and out, bag storage before or after your visit, and we're happy to send you local recommendations! This is a shared home and best for guests who read listings carefully and respect quiet hours. The space We've been hosting guests visiting Fishtown for a decade and can't wait to help you have a great trip - welcome to our home! We offer coffee, tea, and bottled water. Light kitchen use is fine, but we ask guests not to prepare full meals. You can store bags on the ground floor before or after your visit. This is a great room for concerts or events, work trips, sightseeing, or visits to friends and family. We're on a friendly block near the Fillmore with great dining and other venues nearby, and it's 10-15mins to Center City (subway around the corner). PARKING -- Free (limited) street parking nearby; the paid lot around the corner is ~$20/day; we'll send details after you book! Guest access - Large 2nd floor bedroom (private) - 2nd floor bathroom (shared w/ one other guest room) - It's fine to use the powder room or back patio - Light kitchen use is fine; rinse your dishes and we'll handle the dishwasher. Aside from bag storage, the living and dining rooms are not intended for guest use; the 3rd floor and basement are our private spaces or our other Airbnb if we're away. During your stay We'll communicate through Airbnb, and you may see us, our fantastic housekeeper or other guests while you're here.
