The master bedroom has a smart Tv and the living room also has a smart Tv. The 2 bedrooms are air conditioned and the windows have mosquito netting on them. If you would like access to the air condition in the living and dining room there will be an extra $15 US/day. Please let me know if you would like access to it. There is also a powder room at the entrance leading into a beautifully designed kitchen. The dining and living room is an open plan with high ceilings leading out to an expansive breezy patio. The Patio has a Weber grill and comfy patio furniture. Guest access You are welcomed to use the fenced property. The house and the garden is yours to enjoy. The pictures on the listing shows the areas that are available to you. Other things to note The BBQ grill uses gas. Please turn it off after using. The house has a security alarm. If you would like access to it, I will provide a code for the duration of your stay. Please keep electric gate closed at ALL times. There is a light switch by the entrance labeled to leave on at all times. Please do not touch. Electricity is quite expensive in Barbados. I ask you to please turn off all lights, fans and air condition when leaving a room or the house. No Noise No parties No extra guests Please be respectful of my lovely home I do not provide clothes washing liquid/pods, Clothes dryer sheets and Dishwasher tablets. It may be a good idea to bring along on your trip as it can be expensive to purchase in Barbados.
