Aria – Corsican house with garden

This family house, located in Aregno, a small town on the Balagne coast, welcomes you for your holidays in a unique setting. Ideally situated, 10 minutes from the beach (by car), it offers a glimpse of the sea from several rooms and invites you to relax. For your comfort, it is fully equipped and you have a wifi connection. The space Ideal for 6 people, it can however accommodate up to 8 people if needed, the house of 120 m² is arranged as follows Ground floor - On a fully tiled floor, the bright living room, thanks to its large windows with a view of the sea, offers a TV lounge area and a dining area with a convivial dining table. - The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter and pod coffee makers (Nespresso)... - A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its adjoining shower room - Separate WC Floor - Another lounge area on the mezzanine: sofa, TV and table that can be used as a work area. And always with a sea view. The sofa can be converted into a double bed if necessary. - A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A third bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together - A second shower room with WC. Outside Contemplate the sea and enjoy the garden and its terrace: table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue are at your disposal. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. Additional cleaning during the stay is possible on request (to be paid on site). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - A rental car can be hired on site, please contact the host in advance.
