Grocery store steps away or take a leisurely stroll down Main St. to all of the best bars, restaurants, shops, and amenities. We provide our guests with space and privacy but we are local and are available. We do not provide concierge services. No pet fee We work with a professional cleaner & laundry service after each turnover The space We aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space to kick back after an active day. Guests have a dedicated parking spot directly outside the front door. Welcoming entryway leading down into a quaint, full kitchen. Coffee make, microwave, and all your standard kitchenware. There is a small oven, however, it's really not set up well for cooking big meals. Open, spacious living room with a dinning table with 2 chairs. Living room nook with a sofa, chair, and 46" Tv connected to an Apple-Tv and enabled with Youtube-Tv. Full, compact bathroom. Plenty of space for gear and your furry friend leading into a large bedroom with a wall-to-wall closet and an extremely comfortable queen bed. Private, secure, & high-speed fiber internet access for the remote worker. Best suited for young, active couples with a dog that are looking for a home base for all of their Vermont adventures! Guest access You will have access to the entire unit, with your own ground-level private entrance, porch and parking. There is a smart lock on the front door and you will receive a 4-digit code prior to checkin! Other things to note Roughly 850,000 people visit Stowe each year. Being in the heart of the lower village, there is traffic on rt 100. The noise from the street is typically only during normal business hours and is minimal inside the unit, but it can be heard. There is a unit above this one. If you are having issues with noise upstairs, please contact us. We live 10 minutes north and this is not managed by a property management company. You will only deal with us, and only if you want to! We are Ok with groups of 3 or 4, however, we charge an additional $10/person. We don't mind couch surfers but it does increase our costs for tp, paper towels, and laundry.
