The space The 39 m2 accommodation, with a stunning lake view, is a mezzanine studio apartment with exposed beams which is accessed via two different entrances. The accommodation is on the third floor without lift. The first level measures 28 square meters, and includes a living room with kitchenette that can be converted into a sleeping area with the presence of two sofa beds, one double and one single, bathroom with separate shower. Presence of decorative fireplace (not usable). A spiral staircase leads on the second level to the mezzanine room for accessory use which measures 9 sq m. The house can accommodate up to 3 people: - 2 in the double sofa bed - 1 in the single sofa bed Equipment: wifi, independent heating, satellite TV, kitchen with 4 gas burners, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, moka coffee maker, electric oven, fixed blade ceiling fan, drying rack.
