It’s well-maintained and clean, with slight signs of use. Located on a downhill slope, driving is recommended. The space The condo unit is located at Twin Lakes Vineyard Residences, Shiraz Building. The space is 57 sq. m, and can accommodate 3-4 people. It is ideal for staycations or small, intimate gatherings. This is a well-loved vacation home by the Cope family so please expect slight wear. Still, it is a homely and very clean space. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and a pullout, a restroom, a living room, dining space, and a small kitchen. Kitchen utensils are available, however, cooking is currently not allowed except for rice (we have one rice cooker in the kitchen). There is one collapsible table that you may use for outdoor dining or working. Two (2) towels are available. We request that you bring your own toiletries and other amenities. For cleaning materials, kindly contact our housekeeping. There are multiple lights available in the living room and bedroom. There is also a light switch behind the TV backsplash that may add to the ambience at night. The space can accommodate a maximum of 4 occupants. For more info, please read our house rules. Guest access Parking is available but may be a first come first serve basis during peak seasons. You may park at the Shiraz building or in front of the Merlot building. The place is three minutes away from the Twin Lakes Hotel where you can dine. There are also several restaurants and commercial centers nearby. Twin Lakes is 45-minutes away from Canyon Cove and other beaches of Nasugbu. Nearby dining places: La Creperie Bag of Beans Santi's Delicatessen Mary Grace Cheza's Cliffview Bar & Restaurant (a little outside of Twin Lakes township) Starbucks and more!
