Hillside Studio is situated in the small town of Donnybrook a short stroll to the Preston River, local shops, cafes and pub. It is central to the Geographe region surrounded by beautiful bush walks, boutique wineries, restaurants, cafes, beaches and amazing local produce. The studio is a fully self contained small private space with beautiful tree views. A great place to relax and unwind. NOT SUITABLE for everyone - please read all the details about the studio before booking. The space PLEASE READ the "Other Details to Note section" regarding safety, internet, TV, size and location. A calm, stylish, relaxed space. King size or twin beds (please specity preference when booking). There is an equipped kitchenette, relaxed seating outside and table for indoor of outdoor dining. There are a selection of books and magazines. The studio is set on a steep established block with a winter dam and lovely views of surrounding bush and trees. The studio is seperate to the main house and attached to the back of a Textiles Studio, it also has close neighbours. It is best suited to solo travellers or close friends/family for a short stay. Details to Note Hillside Studio is set on a steep uneven block. Extreme care should be taken. It is not suitable for children or people unstable on their feet or unable to carry their bags. The entry pathway is loose gravel, slightly sloping down. There are two small uneven stone steps up to the studio. You cannot park your car near the entrance. There is no free to air TV, only chrome cast that you can access via an app on your phone. There is no internet. Telstra is the main mobile/data reception. The studio is a small bedsit arrangement (there is a curtain only seperating the bathroom) at the back of a working textile studio. Please respect natural privacy boundaries/screening to the main house and art studio. Guest access Park on the front verge. Use the large gate, no 20, to enter the property. Follow the loose gravel path down to the log, go right up two small steps and along the side of the studio to the back. There is a lock box. Code will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
