Chuck and Nancy's Olde Town Arvada Basement Suite

Welcome to Chuck and Nancy's near Olde Town Arvada! Access to the huge basement suite is through a private entrance and the entire space is yours. We are less than 3 miles from Olde Town, 13 miles from downtown, 2 miles from the new light rail station, 13 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 11 miles to Mile High Stadium, 22 miles from Boulder and 6 miles to great hiking at N Table Mtn in Golden. Our welcome book has recommendations for restaurants, breweries and hiking trails in the area. The space You can enter via your own door on the side of the house and there are a set of stairs leading to the mother-in-law basement suite. There is one bedroom, your own bathroom, a large living area/game room with a pool table, Galaga arcade game, Nintendo with 500 games and a washer and dryer for your use. The comfortable living area has a great reclinable leather couch to lay on and the TV is equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. There's a mini fridge, microwave, stocked Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. There might even been a few local beers waiting for you in the fridge :). The driveway will be open for your car! Guest access You will have access to the entire basement suite via a private entrance to a large basement area with one bedroom, open living room/pool table/game room and your own bathroom. There's an outdoor swing and lounge area when the weather is nice! The upstairs space is private where we live but feel free to knock on the door with any questions or concerns. Other things to note We love animals but unfortunately they are not allowed in the space. The basement runs a little cold but space heaters and blankets are available for any guests that would like it a little warmer. If you use any food delivery service, please have them come to the side AirBnB entrance door, and not the front door. Thanks!
