Guests will need to sign acknowledgement they will comply with CCRs of the condo complex. The space Fully furnished, luxury condo within the CitySide Loft complex off of 13th Street and Myrtle Street, right in the heart of downtown Boise, Idaho. Includes 1 underground gated parking spot and a private patio perfect for hanging out. Within walking distance to the Boise Greenbelt where you can float the river, enjoy a lovely walk, or check out the wineries or breweries along the path. Stainless steel appliances, high-speed internet, and SmartTV with Amazon Firestick available with all the latest apps, that simply require your own logins. Large, comfy sectional with 1 electric recliner in the middle, and the rest manual recliners with reclining levers found in between the seats or on the end of the couch. **Do not force the electric recliner down, back to its original state as this may break it, however this is acceptable with the manual recliners. Extra linen available for use. Please note, a limited amount of toiletries and supplies are provided to get you started for your stay and are not fully stocked for the entire duration of the stay. All guests must abide by the House Rules listed in this property listing and the physical House Manual found in the home, the CitySide Loft CCRs, and all other rules required by the CitySide Loft HOA. *At this time, the fireplace does not work.* Guest access The entire condo is available for use. Underground parking is available for 1 designated vehicle only. Parking in the parking lot directly outside the condo is not advised for long periods, as parking fees may occur. Visitor parking for up to 2 hours at a time is available on the side of the parking lot facing Myrtle Street as designated by the signs and parking spaces. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Do not park in the spaces for the other apartment complex across the parking lot. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Guests are expected to respect the property by keeping the property tidy and cleaning up after themselves. You may be subject to extra charges if extraordinary cleaning, unexpected repairs, or needing to replace items is required arising out of your stay. You must take out your own trash to the large blue trash dumpster located in the outside gate, around the condo back entrance. Please take off your shoes when in the home and respect the property, outdoor area, public areas, and neighbors. The following are strictly prohibited: —Parties and events —Illegal substances on the property, regardless of legality between states —Smoking —Eating in bedrooms —Moving the internet modem —Open flames, candles, fires, bonfires, or campfires —Pets unless previously approved by host and included in reservation —Loud music/excessive noise past 10:00 pm to respect the neighborhood —Re-arranging furniture —Using white towels for make-up —Flushing wet wipes, feminine products, & diapers down toilets —Unregistered guests (guest(s)) must be approved by host —Accessing the underground sheds —Parking on the commercial parking lot —Overstaying the committed length of stay —Putting anything besides soft foods down the garage disposal —Removing any items provided for use at property —Pets on the furniture or bed without any pet-specific blankets for pet hair —Extraordinary use of utilities, resulting than higher than normal charges *Report all damages to the host. Any required repairs will be addressed within a reasonable period of time. Violation of any of these rules may be grounds for immediate reporting, eviction, and/or extra charges.*
