This studio apartment has 1 full bath (stand up shower) A queen bed, linens, WIFI, and equipped kitchen! Clean! Ground floor. Located near all the action on the South End of Tybee near the pier! Pets must be pre approved $75 nonrefunded pet fee. Other things to note Units 1,2,3,4 are in one apartment building. 1 & 3 downstairs, 2 & 4 upstairs. Units 5A up and 5B down are in a 2 unit house. As you plan for your visit, keep in mind parking is precious on Tybee and our lot has only enough space for 1 car per unit, great thing is that spot is reserved for your entire stay! We do not have extra visitor spots or overflow trailer parking. However the main beach public pay-parking lot is just a few yards away.
