The property is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Guest access The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor. Access is easily provided by the elevator, which runs from both the ground floor and the garage. Once inside, the unit is entirely flat, including the outdoor area. The only exception is the two steps leading to the pool/jacuzzi, which is located on the raised wooden deck. Exclusive Marine Home Resort Amenities Guests have full access to the condominium's leisure infrastructure, which includes: -> Leisure and Sports: 9 swimming pools (including one indoor, heated pool), a modern gym, sauna, and playground. -> Gastronomy: Exclusive bar and restaurant by the main pool (service subject to seasonality and condominium rules). Differentiated Beach Service -> The condominium provides beach chairs and umbrellas that can be picked up at the concierge for use on the beach year-round. -> Premium Service (Summer): During the summer season (December to February), the condominium offers the exclusive service of taking and retrieving these items directly on the sand for your maximum convenience. -> Residents frequently set up Beach Tennis nets on the beach in front of the condominium. Just approach and ask to join the game." Other things to note Guest Policy • Receiving visitors is subject to prior consultation and validation by the hosts. • Access Restriction: Visitors must remain restricted to the apartment. They are not permitted to use or move through the condominium's social areas and leisure infrastructure (pools, gym, etc.). • Maximum Capacity: The maximum limit is 12 people in the apartment (including guests). • Registration and Documentation: The responsible guest must collect and present the visitors' identification documents to the host so that access authorization can be requested in the condominium's system. • Visitor Frequency: The number of days visitors may return to the unit must be agreed upon beforehand with the host. • Linens and Utensils: Hosts do not provide linen items (towels, bedding) for visitors. The apartment has utensils sized only to accommodate the number of guests. Linens and Additional Services • Complete Linens: We provide all necessary linens, including bedding, pillowcases, bath and pool towels (one of each per guest), plus one hand towel and one floor towel per bathroom. • Extra Services: Changes of bedding, towels, and extra cleaning services can be requested and coordinated with the host but are subject to an additional payment. • Damages: Any damage, stain, or spoilage (caused by sunscreen, makeup, etc.) to the linens or towels will be charged separately. Pet Policy • We accept small-sized pets. • A small additional cleaning fee is charged due to the special care required for extra hair and sanitization. • Pets must remain inside the apartment and use the parking area for exits, as they are not permitted to move through or stay in the condominium's social areas (pools, gym, etc.). • Guests are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the space and for any occurrence or damage caused by the animal. Community Rules (Silence and Conduct) • The condominium's silence hours are strict: from 10 PM to 8 AM. • During this period, the use of sound systems, loud conversations, or musical instruments is strictly prohibited. • Non-compliance with the silence rules is subject to the pass-through of fines applied by the condominium. Host Support • The host is available 24 hours a day to offer support before, during, and after your stay.
