This apartment is upstairs, on a three acre property, with its own entrance. The space The three acre property is about eight, nine minutes from downtown. There is, also, quick access to the relief route making it an easy drive to the Opera House, north, as well as heading south toward Albuquerque. It is a quiet county like setting yet near to all the amenities. The apartment sits above our art studio, which is quiet and never used in the evening. Although we have an 11AM check out, if the next day is not booked, we have more of a lenient take our time policy. Because sudden rain storms can occur, be sure to close all windows when you are leaving the apartment, even if you anticipate being gone for a short period. All New Queen Size Beds.
