The property is 3 km from City Hall and St. Augustine Cathedral. It has a huge grassy garden with Gazebo and 5 outdoor sitting areas totaling 630 SQ M of space. Equipped with air conditioning in the entire home , washer/ dryer, hot water, filtered water in kitchen and 2 WIFI carriers and 7 CCTV cameras outside the property. The space French/country classic with marble floors all through out , french windows , french draperies , white towels Egyptian cotton sheets . Several outdoor patios including an large gazebo can be enjoyed for relaxation. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, full kitchen, gas oven and side-by-side refrigerator. Fully air conditioned and with added ceiling fans. Highly secured fence, gated, 49-inch flat screen cable tv and washer/dryer. Hot water is available . Two Wi-Fi carriers available. 8 high-definition CCTV cameras are installed for safety. The house only accommodates 8 people including children. NO MORE than 8 people. Upon check in, the host will greet you at the gate. The host will then do a walk through to show you the all the amenities. Please note that upon check out, the host will do another walk through with the main guest to ensure that the house is in the same condition as when you arrived. Guest access The entire house, outdoor patios, extra-large gazebo and massive gardens. Other things to note We want to make sure everyone is comfortable so only 8 people maximum including children are allowed to stay . Each guest has to submit identification .
