Only available for stays of 30 days or more. Our house, we lovingly call Penny, is located in the historic Crescent Hill neighborhood less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown Louisville. We are just a quick walk to the Crescent Hill Reservoir and less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of Frankfort Ave. Penny has two bedrooms, a large kitchen, and an excellent back deck.
