This spacious beach house is located right beside the water with beach access. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sunshine! We are located right beside the gorgeous Northumberland Provincial Park. During your stay take advantage of our outdoor screen room for socializing and relaxing, fire pit for all your marshmallow roasting needs, outdoor yard games to keep the kids entertained and the breath taking beach a few steps from the front door! The space This space includes 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large walkout balcony that over looks the entire neighbourhood and views the water. The second bedroom has 2 double beds as well as a small balcony to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and we also have a day bed in our sunroom that can expand into a queen. There is 1.5 bathrooms the full bathroom is located off the kitchen and the half bathroom is located upstairs between both bedrooms. There is a full kitchen with a stove, fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Off the kitchen we have a BBQ on our deck for all your cooking needs. We have a quaint coffee cart to start your mornings off on a good note! Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire cottage as well as a gorgeous screened in room outside so you can enjoy the evenings and nights outside without the bugs! There is also complete access to the stunning PEI beach located in front of the cottage! There is also a fire pit at the cottage and we provide wood to get your bonfire started! Other things to note We currently do not allow EV charging at our cottage but there is a charging station 2 minutes away at the Information Centre in Wood Islands or at Rossignol Estate Winery.
