All rooms enjoy a water view. Exterior decks on the upper and lower levels offer exceptional ocean views. Quaint, pedestrian oriented beach community with a restaurant within easy walking distance. Family oriented vacation activities are available at nearby Old Orchard Beach. The space Stand alone private cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an out door shower and a spacious open plan kitchen that looks out onto the ocean, living room with fireplace, dining room and upstairs separate game room. There is just a neighborhood road between you and the beach. A/C is provided for the entire cottage. All rooms enjoy a water view. Exterior decks on the upper and lower levels offer exceptional ocean views. Quaint, pedestrian oriented beach community with a restaurant within easy walking distance. 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms one on each floor (no tubs). Also there is an enclosed outdoor shower. Washer and dryer on first floor. The dinning area has a table that comfortably seats 6. Seating for 5 is provided at the kitchen bar. Outside in the rear yard, the hardscape area includes a gas grill, and gas fire pit with seating. Off street parking for 3 cars provided. The owners are architects who have designed and outfitted the cottage for their use and invite you to also come celebrate the beach in style. Guest access You have access to full house as well as the outdoor shower under the house. Under the house there are also toys you can use and some beach chairs to borrow. Other things to note We keep several things at the house to help your stay to be more enjoyable. Beach chairs, outdoor & indoor games, outdoor gas grill, and 2 loaner bikes for you to borrow - all can be found under the house. We provide bath and beach towels for you as well as sheets for the beds. The kitchen is well stocked with tools if you would like to do some cooking.
