Tiny house sits at the front of our 10 acre property with a beautiful pond & fishing. This is a great place to unwind/disconnect. Super comfy queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart TV works from your hot spot. BluRay player. 1 mile-Green Goat Winery (open Fri/Sat) and 3 miles- Blue Moon Nursery. 20 min-Canton, 20 min-Tyler, 10 min-Ben Wheeler for great food/music. The space There is a great coffee bar space in this tiny house. There are two swivel chairs, a smart TV, BluRay player and movies, fire pit and chairs outside as well as a small barbecue to use upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked. This is a small space that is super cute and comfortable! Guest access We are on 10 acres with a large pond. You’re welcome to fish or walk the property. There are many different trees and native grasses. We have corn hole available to play. Cards etc are in the tiny house. Other things to note The tiny house is inside our private property in gate.This is definitely in the country. We have three dogs that stay primarily inside or are with us when we are out, or in a small fenced area. They do not have free access to the property. Please disclose and pay for your pet if you are bringing one. 1 dog only allowed under 40 lbs. There is no internet. Basic tv is available and a Blu Ray player. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house.
