We are a family with a young baby who are fortunate enough to have a home in a beautiful location that we would like to share with as many people as possible. Our home is situated on a leafy cul de sac, is beautifully spacious and well equipped property is perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there. The space The property was lovingly restored by us in 2015 with all the character and charm that you would expect from a coastal property. Please note: This listing is for the garden view king size bedroom and access to all downstairs amenities. should you require more than two guests then please visit our separate listing. This is in a perfect location with the beach at the bottom of the road and situated just a few minutes drive from the edge of the Gower Peninsula. Mumbles Village with seaside restaurants and family-friendly activities is just a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk along the promenade. Whilst this one bed apartment is part of the main property you will not be sharing the space with anyone else. Situated on the ground floor this kingsize room with an en-suite bathroom and large patio doors opening out on to the patio and garden is particularly suitable for those with limited mobility due to the layout. There is a stylish living area leading from the bedroom following on to an exceptionally large kitchen at the centre of the house with 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and all that you might need to satisfy your culinary skills. If you visit in December you will be greeted by the scent of Christmas, as a Christmas tree will also stand proud in the living area. Through the set of patio doors you will look out on to the patio and large enclosed garden. The property is set up for 2 guests comfortably and one cot can be assembled upon request. All bedding and towels are provided. You'll find the property well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated. As mentioned, we have a young child and understand that you can never travel ‘light’ on a family holiday. With that in mind we have a number of items available to make your stay easier (at prior request) including; A travel cot, children's toys and safety equipment, a highchair, toddler seat, and changing mat/table etc. Should you need anything else we will of course try our best to accommodate.
