On the other hand, if your trip is for medical reasons, the apartment is located 5 minutes by car from the Centro Médico de Occidente or the new Civil Hospital and only 10 minutes from the old Civil Hospital. Inside our space you will always have privacy since it is a complete space for you, with everything you need to cook in addition to a nice view of the city since it is located on a sixth floor. The entrance to the underground parking lot has a maximum height limit of 2.00 meters, please consider this depending on the vehicle you are traveling with if applicable. The apartment is for up to 6 people, it has the same cost if it is from 1 to 4 people, from the 5th guest (and therefore the 6th) it has a small additional cost per night per person. Our guests have access to the amenities of the common areas such as: gym, pool and children's play area. IMPORTANT: The availability of common area amenities is subject to maintenance and/or repairs. No full or partial refunds or discounts apply in the event of temporary or partial closure of amenities, as this is beyond our control as hosts and does not affect the apartment's operation. The terrace located in the apartment complex is for the exclusive use of residents. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment, however if it is essential, please check with your host to determine if it is possible. Other things to note The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for the total comfort of our guests, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped for short or long stays and we have a washer-dryer. In addition, we have a 200 MB internet network, so if you travel for work you can do so without problem since the modem is 100% dedicated to the apartment.
