Warm house, village on foot and close to beaches. In the heart of the Breton village of Muzillac, this house opens onto an 800 m² garden. A large, well-equipped terrace allows 8 people to enjoy the outdoors. The garden is not fenced, but bordered by claustras or low walls. It is located 500 meters from the center of Muzillac, close to shops and communal infrastructure. And right next to Pen Mur Pond and its historic Mill. Non-Smoking Accommodation. Parties forbidden. The space It is a pretty vacation home near the beaches of Billiers (2 mins), Damgan (15 mins), the Rhuys Peninsula (25 mins), the Branféré animal park... Everything can be reached on foot: the shops and services of the town (cultural places, tourist office, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets...). Tastefully decorated, it is composed of a living room / living room with fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a master suite with SDE, separate toilet and tiled and insulated garage/laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/WC. You have a TV and Wi-Fi. Baby accessories are at your disposal: folding crib. The terrace faces southwest. Linen rental is however possible at 20 euros per person (duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcase, towels). Cleaning fee 110 euros for 2 nights, 130 euros for 3 nights and more. From November to March, outdoor furniture and barbecue are not available. Guest access We live not far from the house and leave available all the equipment to live there pleasantly, up to 8 people (garden furniture, barbecue, appliances, duvets...) The garage can accommodate bicycles, strollers, or any bulky equipment: kite surfing, windsurfing...). Other things to note Linen rental is possible at 20 euros per person (duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcase, towels). OTHERWISE, REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN. Cleaning fee 110 for two nights, 130 euros for 3 nights and more. Otherwise the house is to be returned in the same clean condition as on arrival. A PENALTY OF 150 EUROS WILL BE WITHHELD IF CLEANING IS NOT CARRIED OUT. Non-smoking accommodation. Following damage, pets are not allowed. No exceptions will be made. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
