Your kids or friends will love playing and sleeping in the peaceful loft area while the adults can enjoy one of the two quiet private queen bedrooms. A fully stocked kitchen includes all the amenities you need to cook meals for your family and friends including a counter height table with seating for 6, new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and newer cookware. The direction of the space lends itself to having lots of natural light, although if sleeping is your thing then not to worry because the two bedrooms include blackout window shades. Enjoy the 42" Roku UHD smart TV with your friends and family on the deep, comfy couch which seats 5-6 adults. The condo is located steps away from the FREE local bus route which can take you to shopping, restaurants, and world-class ski areas and biking and hiking trails. Guest access Full access to the clubhouse with 3 indoor hot tubs, indoor pool, racquetball court, dry sauna, fitness/workout room, laundry room, game room, and outdoor tennis court. Free parking by provided permits for you and your friends in the attached parking lot. Note: Some arcade games take quarters and there is no change machine so please bring quarters with you if you plan to use them. Laundry machines use quarters or you can scan the QR code on each machine to pay by app. Other things to note -The space is located on the top floor of the building which is only the 3rd floor. -There is NO ELEVATOR and 2 flights of stairs are required to get to the third floor. -The condo is at 9000’ so if you’re not adjusted to the altitude, you will feel that when climbing the stairs, hiking, or doing anything active. -No grilling or BBQ allowed due to fire restrictions. -There is no air conditioning in the unit, but I have supplied a fan for each room to help keep you cool. The temps don't usually get too hot in the summer but the loft can get warm. -Absolutely no parties or partying allowed! No noise between 10pm-7am!
