The space BEDROOM: Balcony overlooking the interior as in the photo, air conditioning (always sanitized), quality bedding, home office station, wardrobe, safe, 43-inch smart TV with internet. KITCHEN: Equipped with a natural water purifier, minibar, microwave, electric coffee maker, air fryer, blender, mixer, induction electric stove, dishes, cutlery, pots and other essential utensils for preparing meals. BATHROOM: Hot and cold water shower, hairdryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner, towels and toilet paper. Guest access The hotel is located in the best neighborhood in the region, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, excellent restaurants, bars, clubs and fitness centers. Parking is complimentary based on lot capacity* or availability* of spaces. Other things to note WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. If you need an extra cleaning with a change of linen, a cleaning fee of 80 reais will be charged. We don't provide breakfast*, but we do have several appliances in the apartment for you to make your coffee.
