Built in 1870, this house is especially unique because we are only a few steps from the Washington Civic Center, a favorite place for location weddings, as well as the historic downtown! With a breath-taking view of the Pamlico River, you can enjoy the private balcony with your morning coffee or a glass of wine to watch our incredible sunsets. The space "318" has a cozy living room with HDTV and Wifi, a washer/dryer, 2 private king bedrooms with private baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. We take hosting seriously and provide many special touches including Kurig coffee/creamers, snacks, cold drinks, and, when available, some local treats, all to make your stay memorable. We also make every effort to be sustainable and limit our use of plastics. We provide an "Aquasana" countertop water filter rather than plastic water bottles, bamboo toilet paper and paper towels, and toiletries that are packaged without plastics. Give us a try!
