Relax and make yourself at home at our beautiful one level 3 bedrooms and 2 baths home in the heart of Hollister, CA. This accommodation features open concept kitchen, washer/dryer, more... Perfect for family/friends gatherings. Update: Our place is newly renovated, from CARPET to a Hardwood. We do not have an outdoor Hot Tub Thank you, please read below for more details. The space As you enter on our house you will find first Game Room with Pool Table and Foosball Table with seating area. Next will be a large open concept Kitchen with full stock of almost all you need, laundry room with full stock of all you need and family room that has dining area that seats 6 and a comfortable sofa with 65” curved Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Youtube and Cable. Master’s bedroom with beautiful bed frame queen size bed with Smart TV that has Netflix etc. with full private bathroom On the opposite side of the house Guest room # 1 with two full size beds Guest room # 2 with one queen bed and in the middle of both rooms Is one full bathroom. Backyard has cozy pergola with outdoor grill outdoor conversation sofa and outdoor tall heater. This house is good for family and friends. Strictly No parties allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Fee of $50 each for unregistered guests. Hosts goal is to make everyone feel at home. Safety: The neighborhood is safe. It is okay to walk around in the early morning or late at night. For extra safety purposes the house will be equipped with CCTV cameras directing only on the entrances (Front porch with Ring Camera, and Blink Camera at the backyard that automatically turns on after 9:45pm) Guest access Host will provide a code to access the house as soon as the house is ready for the guest. The code will be deleted after checking out. Guests have access to the whole house except for the Garage and locked doors. Access to the Outdoor BBQ Grill, Master’s Bedroom Private Bedroom Private Bathroom Living Room Cozy and Romantic Backyard Foosball Formal Dining Room Formal Living Room Laundry Room And Kitchen Other things to note Feel at home to our home, this is our home and we’ll be sharing it to our guests.
