Our home is close to nightlife, but far enough out to enjoy the serenity! We are near the city center, parks, and the airport. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the peacefulness. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space Stunning and spotless 4 bedroom plus 1 loft home just 19 miles from Beaver Stadium. The best part about our location? It's far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle but close enough to hop in the car and join in on the State College fun. You drive away from the traffic flow after the PSU game so you actually get home the same time (or earlier) than the rest without all of the traffic! When you arrive you will get to switch gears as you experience this quiet, private oasis of beauty for your weekend. This home boasts large windows allowing lots of natural sunlight, an open cheerful eat in kitchen with breathtaking views of the mountains and jaw dropping sunsets. Spacious living room area, large master bedroom suite with jetted tub and private deck, 3 additional bedrooms, a loft and office/media room for additional guests, serene koi fish pond, private swimming pool with deck, fenced in yard, fire pits, and central air. First floor includes master suite with king bed and a brand new comfortable queen pull out bed in living room. Second floor has three more bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with twin bed and a twin cot, and semi private loft area with comfortable pull out couch with upgraded queen memory foam mattress. We also have two brand new porta cribs. Our lower level is completely new and offers an additional living area which includes a kitchenette, full bath, living room and play area. You will also find a queen sized murphy bed allowing this home to have enough beds to sleep 14 guests. Your stay will include continental breakfast foods consisting of fresh fruit, bagels, danishes, coffee, tea, bottled water and assorted juices. Plush sheets and towels are provided. Guest access Feel free to utilize all areas of our home and enjoy the birds, koi fish and bull frogs in and around our beautiful pond/waterfall in the secluded front area of our 5 acre property. We have a fenced off area of the property with beautiful and friendly goats, alpacas and a miniature pony that enjoys people (and carrots)!All the perks of country living should you choose to take advantage of them. :) Other things to note Hiking and some of the best fishing in Pennsylvania just minutes away at Poe Valley State Park
