(One guest maximum) (No smoking) This newly built suite uses a keypad lock for private, hassle free arrivals. The room is furnished with towels, a work space, fridge, microwave, coffee, space heater, fan, LCD TV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Max, Disney+, snacks and water/sodas. Near Lake Merced, Lakeshore Plaza, SF Zoo, Harding Golf, Stern Grove, SF State University and Stonestown. The space This is a full size bed equipped room situated inside a detached corner house with its own private entrance and private full bathroom. Check-in is 3pm-12am. Check-out is 12pm. We can be flexible if you message us your request. Our street has 24 hour street parking and plenty of open spaces. We guarantee you will find parking any time of the day! Our front door is less 300 feet from a Muni bus stop ( Line 23) for easy access to public transportation. We are a short walk away from the ocean, zoo, and Stern Grove for the summer concert events! We have plenty of great food options within walking distance, and a shopping center with a grocery store literally 1.5 blocks away from our home! (WHAT TO EXPECT) Firstly, we take great pride in thoroughly cleaning the room before each guest arrives. The room will be carefully cleaned, the bathroom will be spotless, sheets and pillowcases are changed, and fresh towels will be stocked. We often receive feedback from guests commenting on how the room looks "just like in the pictures" and how clean it is. :) We will try to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. You will be able to enter the room at your most convenient arrival time by using the 4 digit keypad code that you suggest. (GENERAL HOUSE RULES) We have 2 separate Airbnb units at our home, each with their own private entrance and bathroom. Many guests visit us on business, or would simply like a good night's rest after a day's worth of site seeing. We kindly ask that you please keep noise levels down (TV, phone conversations) after 10pm. We encourage fun vacationing, but just please keep in mind we would like everyone's Airbnb experience to be awesome! Thank you! We have been hosting for about 10+ years now, and we enjoy having people from all over the world stay with us, and experience San Francisco in a uniquely homely and welcoming way! THANK YOU! Guest access (ROOM ACCESS CODE) After your booking confirmation, we will send you a message through the Airbnb app asking for your arrival time and preferred 4 digit door code. We will then send a follow up message with a thorough description of our address, room location, parking details and how to check in. The room can be accessed using your code when you are ready to check-in. We have found that our guests love the convenience and privacy of this feature. Our home has two adjacent rooms for Airbnb. The door for this room will be labeled with "OAK" on the upper left. (BACKYARD PATIO AND GARDEN) From this suite, guests can access a secluded backyard patio and garden for their own enjoyment. During your stay We typically keep to ourselves and allow our guests to enjoy their own space privately. However, we can be contacted any time through Airbnb messaging, or with the provided cell phone number(s). If urgent assistance is needed or in the case of an emergency, you may even ring our front door bell and we will personally help. You will probably see Rebecca Wang (wife) tending to the garden in the front or back yard during your stay. Feel free to say hi!!! :) Other things to note Free parking is very easy to find on our street. However, street cleaning is scheduled every 2nd Tuesday on one side and every 2nd Thursday on the other side.
